Draft — pending legal review. This page describes BrooksFlow's current practices in plain language and is not legal advice. It will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed policy.
Information we collect. When you contact BrooksFlow through this website or by email, we receive the information you choose to send: typically your name, work email, company, industry, and a description of the workflow you want to discuss. We ask you not to send sensitive materials — protected health information, confidential client files, credentials, or regulated data — through the public website.
How we use it. Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry, qualify and schedule calls, and manage engagements. We do not sell your information. We do not use information submitted through this site to train AI models.
Service providers. This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and email is handled by a third-party email provider. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
Retention. Inquiry emails and related correspondence are retained as ordinary business records. If you would like your inquiry deleted, email brandon@brooksflow.com and we will remove it unless a legal or contractual obligation requires otherwise.
Client engagements. Data handling inside a client engagement — including any access to client documents or systems — is governed by the engagement agreement and its security terms, not by this website policy.
